If you’re on Windows 11, you can use VPN Unlmited - Secure & Private Internet Connection for Anonymous Web Surfing, it’s free on the Microsoft Store. I connected to a US - New York server and got it at 1st attempt .

Thanks for the share. I got it to work, but found I had to use a VPN located in Ohio for the form to load correctly.
