How can I find out where a shortened link leads?

When we are sent links from a stream of messages, we cannot know where they are leading. Under it a file with a virus or a fake website can be hidden.

To avoid being caught by scammers, use the https://urlex.org/ service. Shows the actual link behind the short URL.

How to use it:

  1. We go to the site - https://urlex.org/

  2. Paste the link and click “Expand”.

  3. Bam!
