How to bypass proctor software windows 10?

I am using cocubes proctor Application in windows 10 which closes all other applications when it runs.
I want to run teamviewer along with it.
Is there any way to bypass it?

Connect your home pc to a remote pc/RDP and run cocubes proctor on Remote PC, then simply run teamviewer on your home pc to give access to anyone you want!
