Curious to know where that Hosts file is located? Here it is, you can copy/paste this address to your Windows Explorer, edit and paste this:

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
  1. Open with notepad
  2. Add the above host blockers
  3. To Save it click > File > Save as > From pop-up window use Save as Type drop-down menu, Click > All files > Click > Hosts file, Overwrite!
