Url: Envato Elements Downloader
steps:
→ Copy url you want to download file from elements.envato.com
→ paste it in url input
→ resolve the captcha
→ click on get file
→ then click on download file

seems to working for me.
remember:
this type of tools always have some downtime. so try after sometime.
Clicking on get file button, nothing happening 
you have to wait for around 40 seconds to 2mins. it solves the captcha by their self. so this process takes time.
