I am using Kali-Linux in VirtualBox.
As you know kali linux in virtualbox uses LAN Adapter of windows for internet access.
I want to use the wifi adapter of the windows in kali linux which is running in virtual box…
Is there anyway to access wifi adapter in kali linux in virtual boxx ???
Help!!!
From your question I guess that you are using a laptop or PC with bulit-in WiFi card and want to use that Card as your Kali-Linux card in VirtualBox. The answer is No and the reason is windows has some particular access to the card and doesn’t allow VirtualBox to takeover.
But you can buy a cheap external card which you can then plugin and allow access through VirtualBox settings.
But I am able to access to wlan0 ,I can use it for penetration and testing right >>??
Only I cannot connect to the external wifi without using external wifi adapter ???
