I have done a clean installation of Windows 10., and as said earlier, it is working fine in safe mode.
So that i tried the same for windows 7 OS., but in win 7 safe mode, i tried normal resolution rather than the default safe mode resolution. That resulted in same problem for me after few hours of normal operation.
