[SOLVED] I got stucked on FTP

i have launched my wordpress website through pantheon. during the time of installing theme it asks add host name and ftp username,password… i dont know what is hostname and of ftp .
can any one provide solution on this

Well usually your hosting provider will provide you with your FTP login details. Check your email or contact them to provide you with it.

Have you tried https://pantheon.io/ for wordpress deployment…
i have tried to contact the support team but i was unable. and they havent mailed me ftp details
