Need Help about Opening Neobux and other PTC's on VPN

Hi All experts, we are very Learning together here.
Now I have little problem, that when I connect VPN then neobux , inboxdollars and other PTC sites are not opening.
So Please tell me how I can completley change my IP address to access these website or other way to change location for these websites, because there is no surveys available in Pakistan,
And also inboxdollars is not working in pakistan.,

can you tell which VPN service are you using?
Because I just accessed few PTC sites through Nord VPN using England’s IP.

I am using OPERA builtin VPN, by which these are not opening, If you are succeed in opening ptc website using nord VPN, then please share NORD VPN Fully activated with serial key not cracked please.
