Yes, the main admin G Suite account went into suspicious, due to someone uploaded child pooorn videos and shared!

It will take some time, we have sent the documents for the review and found the culprit as well! Let’s hope for the best, its on Google now. :+1:

As you all buyers know, we have already submitted the documents for the review process & it does take time; it’s Google! From 3-4 days to sometimes in a worst-case scenario, it extends to a month.

Please be patient, don’t worry about your purchased order.

We are here, not going anywhere! We have prepared for this from the start! We know you are worried about your data, but there’s nothing in our hands; it’s Google & very volatile; it’s hard to predict their algorithm.

  • We accept we had received the notifications of the culprits way before when they started getting warnings from Team-Google, but due to the small team, we didn’t acknowledge that.

The best option for all Google G-Suite buyers will be to wait for the review response; as soon as we receive the answer, either positive or not in our favor, we will not hide it & update you guys!

Please avoid PM regarding this issue, as it will consume more of our time & we won’t be able to deliver other product’s orders.

It seems to be hard to get back the admin possession. :warning:

We have submitted another form for our university data backup so that we can get your data. According to the terms of service, they might give access back for three days max.

  • Team Google maybe give us up to 3 days for us to retrieve the information.

  • Buyers don’t need to be sad, and we will find something.

Your $10 investment in our product is not a waste, that’s for sure!

After submitting the documents, we have received only one reply that it’s in process. Some documents were accepted, some got rejected! Currently, we are making new documents to re-submit.

We are re-doing this process only to get back up. Once we get back up, we can offer another storage service for our buyers to migrate their data to there.

We know it took a while now, but it’s Google, nothing we can do to speed up! We hope you understand.
