TLDR

  1. Sell on fiverr the same excell with so called profitable niches.
  2. Second step: try to upsell the customer a website that you either build or order from fiverr.

Third step, aka my own twist: if you manage to upsell them a website let them use your affiliate link to your favorite webhosting service. :wink:
