How to verify a PayPal and stripe account with a fake ID card

Hi everyone,

I created a card with French xrif under a particular name, it must be in this name it’s my drop, but when I had to check the identity card (I printed it on a paper) stripe detected that it’s a scan or it’s not a vai id card

I tried several times ditto

Has anyone ever passed this security measure? If so, how? What do I have to do to verify my account please
