Begin by accessing the EMERGENCY CALL interface from the locked screen.
-
Enter a series of characters, such as ten asterisks. Highlight these characters by double-tapping them, then select the copy option. Next, tap once in the input field and choose paste, effectively doubling the number of characters present. Continue this process of highlighting, copying, and pasting until the input field becomes so lengthy that double-tapping fails to highlight it. This typically happens after approximately eleven repetitions.
-
Return to the lock screen, then swipe left to activate the camera. Pull down the notification drawer from the top of the display and select the Settings (gear) icon located in the upper right corner. This action will prompt a password entry request.
-
Press and hold in the password field to paste the previously copied characters. Persist in long-tapping the cursor and pasting the characters as many times as feasible until the user interface crashes, resulting in the disappearance of the soft buttons at the bottom of the screen and expanding the camera view to full screen. It may be challenging to access the paste button as the string length increases. To facilitate this, ensure the cursor is positioned at the end of the string (you can double-tap to highlight all and then tap towards the end to reposition the cursor) and long-tap as close to the center of the cursor as possible. Be aware that the paste button may take longer than usual to appear during this process.
-
Remain patient as the camera application crashes, revealing the home screen. The time taken and the outcome of this step can vary widely, but the camera should ultimately crash, unveiling sensitive features. You may observe the camera struggling to focus on new objects. Utilizing the hardware keys to take pictures may expedite this process, although it is not strictly necessary. If the screen dims due to inactivity, simply reactivate it and continue to wait. In certain instances, the camera app may crash directly to the complete home screen, while in other cases, it may result in a partially rendered home screen.
-
Access the Settings application through various methods, such as selecting the app drawer icon located at the bottom center and locating it within the list of applications. Once there, you can enable USB debugging by navigating to About phone, tapping the Build number seven times, returning to the previous menu, and then selecting Developer options to activate USB debugging. This will allow you to connect to the device using the adb tool, enabling you to execute commands or access files with the complete permissions granted to the device owner.
NB; This works more on old android model phones. Enjoyyyy!!
