How to send a backdated/previous date email?

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Change the system date/time on your PC.
Prepare the email you need to send and before you send it, change your system time/date to when you want the mail to have been send.
On windows change the date from Control Panel>Date and Time>Change date and time. Save the changes. Now go back to your Email and send it.
Once the email is sent you can revert back the date/time on your system to the current time. You may need to confirm if the mail has been delivered.
You can set a delivery confirm receipt on your email.
Once sent the email will be received in real time/immediately (if everything is working fine on your end and the recipient’s end). The recipient will see the mail as delivered in real time but it will show it was sent on the date/time you had set on your system.
The email server will use the date/time on your system and attach it to the mail.
