Upload an invoice (Create invoice of your local store in your city, don’t use receiptmansion.com or another big stores invoices generator. You are SEing expensive GPU, not flash drives.)

Go to: https://www.evga.com/warranty/rmaprocess/ and fill out the RMA form.
EVGA offers 2 types of RMA:
(RECOMMENDED) Standard RMA = you’ll send GPU, they’ll send new GPU
Cross-Ship RMA = you have to pay deposit, they’ll send you GPU, you’ll send GPU
- Wait for the form to be approved, they will then send you a shipping label.
- FTIDv3
- After 2 weeks write them and ask where are your GPU. They’ll tell you that they didn’t received anything, send them tracking.
(GOOD REP) 9a) They will either ship you new GPU. [SE DONE]
(BAD REP) 9b) They’ll send you to carrier website (mostly ups.com) and let you make a claim with UPS because of lost package.
10) Wait for approvement, recontact EVGA, they’ll ship you new GPU. [SE DONE]
