  1. Find a serial number (Ebay, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc…)

  2. Register your account on evga.com

  3. Register your product under your account on evga.com

  4. Upload an invoice (Create invoice of your local store in your city, don’t use receiptmansion.com or another big stores invoices generator. You are SEing expensive GPU, not flash drives.)

  5. Go to: https://www.evga.com/warranty/rmaprocess/ and fill out the RMA form.

EVGA offers 2 types of RMA:

(RECOMMENDED) Standard RMA = you’ll send GPU, they’ll send new GPU
Cross-Ship RMA = you have to pay deposit, they’ll send you GPU, you’ll send GPU

  1. Wait for the form to be approved, they will then send you a shipping label.
  2. FTIDv3
  3. After 2 weeks write them and ask where are your GPU. They’ll tell you that they didn’t received anything, send them tracking.

(GOOD REP) 9a) They will either ship you new GPU. [SE DONE]

(BAD REP) 9b) They’ll send you to carrier website (mostly ups.com) and let you make a claim with UPS because of lost package.
10) Wait for approvement, recontact EVGA, they’ll ship you new GPU. [SE DONE]

Normally I wouldn’t advocate for something like this cause it’s akin to theft but EVGA has f**ked me on their shitty service, they were not interested in helping me get a working graphics card after the issue that was caused by them and shipping cards with needed thermal pads missing. The card in question was a GTX 1070 FTW edition.
