How to enable “Slide To Shut down”

Create a new shortcut on desktop-

Now type the text given below-
%windir%\System32\SlideToShutDown.exe
-
Name it anything you want-
-
Now just open it whenever you want to shut down your pc

Does it work on Windows 10 only
i am using Windows 7
it is not working in it
I have tried it on win 10 only,
I will check on other windows and then post the solution here.
