Quick tutorial I wrote on how to install OpenBullet 2, official version without modifications !
(I am aware that there is an official documentation but I found it rather confusing so I broke it down to the important parts)

Download and install this: https://dotnet.micro…s-x64-installer

Launch the exe that’s in the zip (unzip it to a folder before you do, obviously)
If it crashes, start cmd, drag the .exe into it and it will give you another microsoft download link, just install that one too
once launched, you will see a window with red text
now open any browser and go to http://localhost:5000/ and you should be able to see the interface.
