On your phone (or a burner) open safari and clear your history and cookies, turn on your mobile data and then turn airplane mode on for 5 seconds then off to change your ip, from this step onwards use only data (we use a phone instead of a pc with a virtual machine because amazon prefers users on phones because they’re less likely to be fraudulent)

Open amazon and create an account with your new email, you should not get forced to enter a number for 2fa, if you do it means your more likely to get ofm after placing order, I would recommend getting a new sim and trying repeating the steps if you don’t want the risk

Now that you’ve created the account you can instantly place an order up to 1.1k and it will go through, for payment enter the same billing address as your delivery and revolut address, and for the name on the card use your amazon account name

If you get ofm you will receive an email within an hour of placing order, so if an hour has passed with no email your order went through
