I have tried removing with Malwarebytes, SuperAntispyware and other few Antivirus programmes as well. They detect the malware and quarantine them. But, it again reappears after sometime or after reboot.
I have tried force deleting as well but later on it again reappears after some time or after rebooting.
Yeah, I have tried this tool as well as it claimed to do so. But, unfortunately same thing happens with this tool too. It removes the aforementioned virus (C:\Program Files\Common Files\system\symsrv.dll) for a while. But, it again comes out of nowhere after a while in the same directory.
Try these steps if the tools didn’t do an impact Fisrt Make a full backup of your PC before starting, and Move your Data to External HD or any other partition you have (ie D partition).
Uninstall SYMSRV.DLL using Windows uninstallation applet (use Add/Remove Programs or Uninstall Program or Apps & features).
Open Task Manager to kill all “SYMSRV.DLL” related processes .
Use Windows search to find and remove “SYMSRV.DLL” files and folders .
Run services.msc to disable a “SYMSRV.DLL” Windows service.
Execute taskschd.msc to get rid of “SYMSRV.DLL” scheduled tasks.
Open regedit.exe and delete SYMSRV.DLL registry keys and values.
Check your shortcuts on your desktop and in the Start menu for SYMSRV.DLL presence. Fix infected shortcuts.
PS : Be careful! Full path on computer: %SYSTEMDRIVE%\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\SYSTEM\SYMSRV.DLL
Have you CCleaner v5.33 installed on your PC? If yes, then it is Floxif Trojan, which inserted to CCleaner v5.33 setup. To remove this you have to firstly uninstall every suspicious Programs and CCleaner.
Save this tutorial (https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-floxif-ccleaner-trojan) and all the needed softwares. Then reboot into Safe Mode and follow the tutorial.
Thank you so much all of you for you kind help. I tried several of the above method as well but I could not get success at last.
But, finally, the problem was solved after using Kaspersky Antivirus. It removed all of those viruses completely.
I would like to thank you the onhack.us society very much for your support.
It’s better for u to reset your Windows by selecting (reset without affecting personal files) , this will help a lot and it takes around 20-30min to boot up , try this if any software didn’t work for u
