Wow . What did I do wrong . I used NordVPNand Vietnam IP . My my Visa debit card refused to go through
NordVPN sometimes goes black listed for such services and connectivity due to random causes. (It works for someone and it do not for others) NordVPN is no longer recommended as a No-logs VPN. Use a better VPN that masks your IP address and lets you stay anonymous. Good luck!
