This first code will help you to find out that your calls, messages, and other data are diverted. With this find details about call forwarding. With the help of this code, you can also find out whether your Data, Voice, Fax, SMS, Sync, Packet access, pad access call forwarding are enabled or disabled.

Code 2: *#62#

If someone is calling you but it says no-service or no-answer then dial this code *#62# on your device to find out where are all the calls, messages, data are redirected. Why we need to check it because there are possibilities that all your calls are redirected to the cell phone operator’s number.

Code 3: ##002#

With this code, you can deactivate all call forwarding. We can say it as a universal code. As you dial this code at the same time it will off all the redirection from your phone. Whenever you think that your call is redirecting then stop it with the help of this code.

Code 4: *#06#

You can use this code *#06# to find the IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identifier). With the help of this code, you can find the IMEI number of your device. So, dial this code and check your IMEI number and write it in a safe place. If your phone is stolen you can find it with the help of IMEI number. So better keep the IMEI number at a safe place apart from your device.

Code 5: ##4636## or ##197328640##

This is a special code which allows anyone to track your location. It also shows if someone is following you. Dial the given code and select UMTS Cell Environment from the section and then choose UMTS RR info. Under the Cell ID note down all the numbers. Then go to the main menu and click on MM info Tab> Serving PLMN. Again note down the numbers under LAC(local Area Code). As you note down these two numbers, after that open website opencelid.org. There select the fourth tab from the left side. From there you can see the location on the map which your phone is connected.

Protect Yourself From Spies

All these are a few codes and it will help you to find out whether your device is getting tracked or not. With the help of these codes, the hackers or spies can’t stay away from you. So, take some steps to protect your Computer from the hackers and spies.

  • To keep your phone away from spies use encrypted messages. You can use messaging apps like Wickr, Telegram, Chare or Signal all these encrypts your messages.
  • Never enable the option “UNKNOWN SOURCES” on your device. It gives good security to your android and is there for a good reason. Even if you enable it to use then make sure you disable it after using.
  • From your Android smartphone, do not do bank transaction. There are apps through which you can do banking transactions so better choose those apps. For much better thing do not store any important thing on your Android.
