While you can see here , I have not paid a single penny and yet I have two certificates, of the five in the python 3 programming specialization and while I can show you my certificates and my credentials (pm for more details) there is absolutely no way for me to prove to you that I haven’t paid for the certificates are here for you to see ,and yes once you do get this covid-19 access to Coursera via any uni there’s a large library of courses that are available to you to enroll(With certificate) and while with a normal account you can enroll and audit like you pointed out but you need to pay for the certificate but in this case you have access but don’t have to pay for the certification.
