Development for Send/Reply (Electronic/Digitized Form eg emails, sms, chatbots etc)

I need to capture send/reply in emails, sms, messengers, chat-bot (actually all electronic/digitized form of send/reply) then save them into database. Can you help me with the development tools and plugins i needed? A tutorial on how to start and development will help me a lot? I plan to do them with laravel or node.js.
