Connect bluetooth earphones to pc win 7

i want to coonect my boat rockerz 335 to my laptop (win 7)
its showing blurry in add a device section but bluetooth doesnt confirm the connection

help me

Oh please mate try googling it…

Check system drivers and update them check ports try using different port or connector if you one with box or check Bluetooth does it working properly or not, else check the manufacturer site to get most of answers under help desk or troubleshooting tab.

Most versions of win7 has this type of issues check the MS page.

I myself use boat Rockerz 550 on Windows(10). The best advice I can give is to try and find if any previous drivers were installed on your laptop.
To verify

  1. Press Win + R to open Run

  2. Type devmgmt.msc to open Device Management Console.

  3. If you do have a Bluetooth device driver installed similar to the above, open and check the date it was installed by opening the Driver tab.

  4. If it was recently updated, say this year 2021 and the Roll Back Driver button is enabled, roll back and restart your laptop and try to connect again.
