After many failures (cut and paste), it worked for me when I carefully type in manually

In case it helps all i did is copy the bin and paste it on namso-gen and hit generate then copy paste in to mrchecker, pick a live one and type it into tidal. Hope it helps

you need an account in snahap but it is closed for registrations so their is no way to get it right now until and unless they open thier registrations again.

and for what it is worth, i am not even using strong internet, nor paid VPN, just
1- Used chrome incognito, Psiphon for windows, - country UK
2- registered myself with gmail address
3-then copy the bin and paste it on namso-gen and hit generate then copy paste in to mrchecker,
4- then logged in my user, opened the menu, then selected Payment, added the live generated Card,
5- and finally selected family in the subscription list, - Upgrade & BOOM Am In
