Best IPTV app for slow internet

I hope you all are well,

recently I have bought the IPTV subscription, but unfortunately, I am not able to watch it properly just because of slow internet or maybe an app; I don’t know the reason.

Can anyone help me in this regard?

My IPTV provided is OPPLEX TV and given both (M3U file and username and password)

Till now, I have tried

  • OPPLEX TV (Android)
  • IPTV Smarters Pro (Android)
  • VLC player (on windows)
