Please Help me,

12 Years before my blogspot monetization started in blogspot blog, due to invalid click activity my adsense account banned (Friends clicked on ads). Can i re-activate my adsense account with Youtube after reaching the minimum eligible criteria.

Please help me

No. You should make a new AdSense account with different detail.
