This update arrived sometime last week and it was unannounced. I am using Gemini on different account each month to make the most out of the free trial… pair this update with a Xiaomi bloatware phone, and I nearly had a heart attack when I heard it speaking, too. Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro - best specs, worst software in history, resulting in the worst phone I ever owned.
The live chat bot is also kinda’ dumb (or deaf). Most of the times it can’t understand the most basic inputs and takes a long time to respond… Google Assistant was and atm still is much better.
Anyway, please wake me up when they start featuring real phone kill switches for connectivity components. Rest is just BS BS BS, or corporations not knowing how to monitor you more efficiently :unamused:
