ZIPPING & UNZIPPING g-drive file in 3 steps using google colab

I made a Video Tutorial for ZIPPING & UNZIPPING g-drive file Via Colab in just 3 steps.

Points you need to know.

  1. don’t use “zip” as a file name
  2. don’t use spaces in folder/file name

Thanks for the video, but i didnt ask to zip a single file, a better version of this method is already available in many scripts which supports, unrar, zip-unzip, tar-untar etc.

What i asked what how to batch convert many folders to individual folders.zip.
If i follow your method i have to make zip of each folder seperately, which is tedious task if i have many folders to zip.
i hopoe you understand now what i mean…

It changes the size of big files. When the big fill is zipped and then unzipped the fill size is changed.
