Weechat Register accounts registration help

Hello 1Hackers,
Recently, i’ve tried many timees to create an account at weechat to play PUBG chinese version. But during the registration process the system asked me to do a verification step, something like i should ask a member already registred at weechat to scan a code to confirm my process of registration. i made some research at google and youtube and i found some tutorials how to bypass this step, but nothing of them works because of the last updates in the application. Can anyone please tell me how to complete registration and create an account at weechat, i really want to try the chinese version of PUBG Mobile.
