Website with no resource access

There was a great website where i have been downloading nearly everything that i could imagine in software.

Be it office to ps3 games
Udemy course to udacity
But from past 2-3 week the website is been not accesable
Any could suggest how i could acces the website resources again

This is a iranian web site
and they moved all of their servers to iran and are not accessible from a foreign ip
Use this DNS This should Route you through iran based servers

185.51.200.2
178.22.122.100

u can also use soft98.ir
with
185.51.200.2
178.22.122.100

make a wireguard vpn and use these dns’s instead it works for my friend that lives in canada
