It is unlikely that a free service like safeuploadz.com is completely “without upload limits,” even if it is not clearly stated.
There is no option to delete the uploaded file.
Edit: If you have registered, you can remove unwanted files.
Speed: I uploaded a 26 MB video file. It took 2 minutes 30 seconds to complete.
