I have a compressed file with password on my computer and I have forgotten it as i have many passwords with many passwords and this one of them how to unzip it

Well… there is always brute-force/dictionary method
Use JohnTheRipper/elcomsoft

First generate a password list with what you remember of the password and use it with the bruteforce tools
