i can’t access my gmail account . it’s shows password has changed 50 days ago. i tried to recover my account now it show’s google couldn’t verify that this account belongs to you. can some one help me how do i get it back…thanks…
Probably you may not be able to recover it as someone who hacked it has changed the password and other credentials.
Recovering google accounts are pain in the ass if you had not given backup email or phone for recovery.
The only account recovery option Google provides starts at https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery (accounts can not be recovered through this forum or by contacting Google). Assuming you posted here because account recovery isn’t working, researching more accurate answers and using a known computer/IP-address will help. You also need to read the following resources:
- https://support.google.com/accounts/thread/2307038 - provides a brief overview of the process and sets expectations (not all accounts can be recovered).
- http://gmailaccountrecovery.blogspot.com/ - a detailed description of the account recovery process that covers most any question one might have (like ways to figure out the account creation date).
Unfortunately, if you can’t use the provided method to prove ownership of the account Google will not give it to you.
