Your quest is an adventure. There are entire courses that deal with this subject. Start with as many free ones that you can. There are some great paid courses that teach you the little unknowns of the business, that provide access to communities and that provide all the services, for which you will pay of course, that you need to start selling on Amazon. What I have started with is the course and community of Seth Kneip and his Just One Dime.

Sell with FBA – FBA stands for Fulfillment By Amazon. This is a program whereby you send all of your merchandise into Amazon, and when it sells, Amazon ships it for you. In FBA Amazon also handles customer service, communications and returns and refunds.

  • If you start from merchant fulfilled to FBA, your sales will increased by a factor of 5X. It is true that fees in FBA are higher than merchant fulfilled, but your merchandise will sell so much faster, that you will still make greater profits. And some of those fees are offset by the cost of boxes and shipping materials that Amazon supplies as part of the fee.
