These files are not viruses — the detection appears because the EXE is built using a non-commercial license parser, which often triggers false positives on VirusTotal.

Windows Defender allows it to run because it’s smarter at distinguishing real threats from false flags, while VirusTotal simply aggregates results from many scanners.

If you still have concerns, you’re welcome to test it safely in a VM or RDP environment for your peace of mind.
