Do we have to root device?? or it works without root also.
I tried to install but im getting “app not installed”

how to transfer files from pc to mumu?

When you click on the arrow down function on the window bar, you can see the file transfer icon. Click on that and it will open a shared folder in your windows computer. Put all your images or videos inside there, then open the gallery app in your mumu player to refresh the gallery. If you don’t open the gallery app, GPhoto will not find the images you copied in the shared folder so always remember to open the gallery app after you pasted your images in the shared folder. Then proceed as normal.
