Anybody knows how to unfollow and unlike facebook pages?

I have been unable to find a way to uike + unfollow facebook pages in bulk. Please help me out (without spoonfeeding ofc). Thanks in advance.

Exactly dude facebook makes me sick because of this. Everytime I unfollowed certain pages after some time I end up seeing them again under liked page. After unfollowing and Unlinking for so many times now I dont see them anymore. But thing is fishy.
