Here’s how to wipe that watermark clean — fast, simple, and browser-only.
Step 1: Open the Studio
Go to Google AI Studio — the page where you use the Nano Banana model.
Step 2: Open Developer Tools
Right-click anywhere on the page → click Inspect.
This opens your browser’s dev tools (usually docked on the side or bottom).
Step 3: Go to “Network” Tab
In the panel that appears, click the Network tab.
Step 4: Generate a Test Image
Type a prompt and generate any image — this helps you spot which file adds the watermark.
Step 5: Find the Watermark File
In the Network list, look for a file named something like watermark-vA.png (or similar).
That’s the file responsible for the overlay.
Step 6: Block It
Right-click that file → choose Block request URL.
Boom. The browser now stops loading that watermark image.
Step 7: Generate Again
Create a new image.
This time, it should appear clean — no watermark.
Note
This trick only blocks the watermark locally in your browser.
If Google changes how it loads assets, this method might stop working.
So, use it while it lasts — classic 2025 energy.
