I was trying to add a GENERATED CC in PAYPAL to get the VYPR VPN, after trying several time I finally got everything right and successfully added a card but there was an ERROR, if you guys can help me then I would be thankful to you guys.

I did this like 2 weeks ago for my (legal) CC. That is not an error but a security measure. You have to get a statement for your CC from your bank and you’ll find the code there and that’s what you have to submit. You won’t fool big fishes with those cheap tricks dude, seriously.

so all these BINs for PAYPAL are all FRAUD and ALL THESE VPN AND NETFLIX TRICKS are fake that include PAYPAL and GENERATED CCs.

I wouldn’t say they are fake. Use your intuition Netflix is a million dollar company they will put strict guidelines to prevent persons from using VCC’s on their platform as well as PP. What I could recommend is probably using a gift card and connecting it to your PP account to see if it works.

The big difference here is that money IS Paypal’s business, Netflix’s is not and both are super pro at their respective business. Paypal’s whole purpose of existence is money/transactions. You really think they can be fooled with such tricks or that they’ve never seen it before or even better ones?

Have you ever read PayPal statement? Also, I believe there is no such a gift card/voucher that can connect to PayPal, except actual/authentic/verified/certified CC!. The system has always checked all CCs with the banks who issued all those cards.

This is by no mean that it is obligation to help to do thing that impossible. The rule of thumb is that DIY (Do It Yourself, in cases you don’t know what it stands for) or learn by yourself at the first place. Ask when you cannot.

generated cc donot have correct cvv.that why there is error.so they are asking you to verify the cc

If it were the CVV the process would have ended right there at the moment of submitting the details of CC and the card would have been rejected. PayPal made me do this even after I had my PP account approved and made a few purchases, to ensure the card really belonged to me, that’s why I had to send the code requested from my bank’s CC statement. That’s my experience with this thing anyway.
