My website suspended by hosting server!

i have receive an email from hosting provider about suspending my hosting for abus reason
my website is for android applications
hosting provider is : Hostinger
type : shared on cloud
i already buy a subsctiption until 08/2020 but they cancel it

Any help to backup my posts or my database?

The only way is to contact their support site. Be soon to do so else, since its a shared hosting there’s a risk of them removing the contents.

What CMS are you using. There are several modules/plugins for this. Don’t you run routine site and DB backup for your site. You can restore everything, don’t worry.

Duplicator
WordPress migrate
WordPress DB Backup
WP clone

To mention but a few. You can migrate or clone the site tona local server, if you can’t setup a live site anytime soon. This helps to keep your site files on your local drive

suppot not answer at this time i dont know why!!..are there any plan or way to run website without risk to delete my contents??

i cant access for database or file manager !!

That’s serious. Weren’t you running regular backups of your site offline and online uaing a different cloud storage provider.

It’s a must-do for every web administrator.

i contacted support and they give me a backup with extentions sql.gz is it the only necessaire to backup my website on other hosting
