Mi Box S slow speed wifi issue

My ISP provides me 50 mbps on Youtube, Netflix and Google Drive and 10 mbps on rest of the internet sites. I do get the 50 mbps speed in my laptops and mobiles but in Mi Bos s (Android Tv Box) i get standard 10 mbps speed in youtube, netflix and google drive. The box is connected through wifi with no ethernet slot. My Router is Huawei ONT EG8247H5. The android box is situated right in front of the router.

What would be the reason for that? Is there is any way to fix it?

may be a limitation on the network card used in the Mi Box. But if you can, try to change the DNS used in Mi Box (use Google DNS or Cloudflare DNS), may help with the connection issue

mi box can get upto 480 mbps speed. and I have also tested the speed in chrome . its more then 30 mbps but in youtube and netflix it wont go more then 10 mbps.

it’s possible that your ISP is limiting the speed on the said websites, try to change DNS both in your computer and in Mi Box to check if there will be improvements. This usually fixes the problem.
