LOWER WEBCAM SETTING IN CHROME

Hi there, does anyone knows how to lower my webcam settings in chrome? My chrome is using 720p while making video calls. I want to lower the camera resolution to near 144p or 360p .

in my camera driver settings itself, there is setting to lower the resolution. alternatively you can use third party software to decrease resolution such as manycam.

There is setting too in my camera, but the thing is Google chrome has nothing to do with setting, Google chrome always uses 720p resolution for webcam
