First off, you want to start the Paypal loading process by either
making a new Paypal account or using one that you already have.
You will be able to load it by using the Paypal site or the Paypal
app. Either one works. -
Now after you get a Paypal account, you want to make sure it’s
verified by confirming your email and making sure you can link a
card. After your email address is confirmed and your account lets

Now add a card on Paypal using a CC or Debit Full info.
The most important part is using the correct CC BIN and getting a
{Non VBV} CC. The BIN 371318 is known to work well for Paypal.
You can purchase a CC with that BIN from @jahzll on
telegram as it’s very hard to find on any sites. He is vouched and
verified for cards, and also gives walkthroughs. -
