Is there any way to capture or download a video from Amazon Prime Video?

I need to get access to the content of a show on Amazon Prime Video, didn’t find the show in any other place, for now. And have no success on capture the screen.
The name of the show is (The Body, 2019).

I’m not 100% how well this would work, but you could set up a VM (use a lightweight linux distro for installation speed), install web browser, then from the host pc screencapture the VM.

I am currently using Internet Download Manager its working fine for me…

Visit https://www.primevideo.com/ on desktop browser ( I am using chrome).

Then play a video which you want to download.

If your IDM and IDM chrome extension working fine then a pop up will appear to download video playing…

IDM will start downloading video…

METHOD 2:
Use freegrabapp. Get that from ftuapps.com
I stopped using that because it was using a lot of cpu…
