I got facebook app problem and messenger

hello guys,
i have this problem and see alot of people have same .so i go to internet to get solve but i didn’t found anu solution or any one talk about it .
i will explain it with screenshot from my account with easy information to help me .

for real guys iam tired ,i try all think like deleted bot of app and clear cach and storge.then i download it i got the same problem.:sob::sob::sob::sob::sob:

when i need to talk to friend or not friend like this : 1-i click in message button.
