How to upload video of cartoon series in youtube without getting my video down?

Hi, i’ve saw that many people are uploading cartoon series of pokemon , mr bean etc and they dont get any band. However when i upload the video i got quick ban. Morever they are also monetizing. Is this possible? If yes, how can i achieve same?
Though they are using some kind of software to black some screen parts, lower voice, etc…

There are many stuff they do such as :
Reverse the voice of the video, minimize it, reduce it’s quality.
Add some frames and minimize the size of it

but these stuff will force people to shut the video and go search in web to watch in better quality
if you want to upload videos of anime or any stuff in other places ‘not YouTube’ you can do that, and earn money from ads…and other stuff - see the threads - methods- in the 1Hack
otherwise you can buy a good Microphone, stay in a calm place and record then made a video as people do, give some news about animes/cartoons or do some mimics, parodies, even better give reviews…in other words " Make your own stuff " based upon what you like.
