How to upload an video on Youtube without getting Copyright Strike?

Hello People,

I have been trying to upload the movie scenes on my youtube channel but whenever I upload it. The video got the copyright strike on the next second.

I have also seen the same video on Youtube. Is there any way to upload the video without getting the copyright striker?

if you want a healthy channel do not upload copyright content, always create your own and upload.
if you still want to upload movie scene edit it, color grade it, add overlays, change some sound
