How to translate the language of the Video

Hello Guys,

I have a bunch of Photoshop and after tutorial videos, but the problem is the person who is teaching the stuff is Russian and using his mother tongue as Russian for teaching.

Now the problem is i cant understand Russian, and i really want to learn what the person is teaching,

Do anyone of you know how to translate the video, or tranlate his language to English Substitiles.

upload it to youtube and keep it private and select language russian then youtube will auto generate subtitles and then you can translate those subtitles in english using youtube itself, though accuracy might not be good enough. you can use youtube-upload for uploading.
