How to stop WhatsApp of any user?

Share some ways in which we can stop WhatsApp of users.

Right now I am doing this thing.

Sending mail to [email protected]
with the subject “Lost/Stolen: Please deactivate my account”
Lost/Stolen: Please deactivate my account +1XXXXXXXXXX
where XXXXXXXXXX is the number.
Users can Restore Whatsapp by just entering OTP.

For the above method, I have to create multiple email Id so its not possible as every time google asks for OTP.

I need some other way to do this if anyone knows it.

Are you the owner of the number registered to WhatsApp?

From your message it seems you are trying to ban someone else account lol. This is illegal. your clearly trying to impersonate someone…
Whatsapp won’t do that i guess until number is in active stage or they will ask proof from you regarding number ownership
